"GOOD NUTRITION TO A GOOD LIFE''

Proper nutrition is needed to be able to protect ourselves in any diseases. Good nutrition is very important to be healthy.Diseases will not be easy to get through ours if we have proper nutrition.
For us Filipinos, we have many lifestyle that have been practiced already. Smoking, drinking, eating too much which caused obesity to some people and we should avoid staying late at night outside. Prevent eating junkfoods and drinking softdrinks.
To avoid any diseases, we should eat any nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits. We should also be active everyday.
